Coronavirus India LIVE Updates: Global death toll top 2 lakh, PM Modi on Mann ki Baat today to address the country As of the last report, the overall number of cases of coronavirus in the country stood at 24,942, including 779 fatalities, and 5,209 recoveries. The worst-hit State is Maharashtra.

While the overall number of reported cases of coronavirus in the country inch closer to 25,000, Prime Minister Narendra Modi Sunday will address the nation in his monthly program on Mann ki Baat. 
This is his second radio address after the initial lockdown to suppress the virus spread was declared on 25 March. The Prime Minister had begged forgiveness in his last Mann ki Baat speech on March 29 for the distress caused to citizens by the extraordinary lockdown steps.
